About the school
METU was founded around 2001 as the Budapest College of Communication and Business (BKF) and is now the largest private university in Hungary, with roughly 8,000 to 10,000 students depending on the source. It has faculties of Communication, Business, Tourism and Arts.
Fashion
The two-year, full-time MA in Fashion and Textile Design trains designers to handle high-level design and creative processes in textile culture, and to think critically and analytically across design. Its bachelor’s degrees in the arts cover areas such as animation, graphic design, media design, environmental design and film, and it offers further master’s degrees in graphic design and art and design management.
