This agreement is between Vanilla Issue (“we” or “us”) and you (the person submitting images). By sending us your images through email, you agree to the following terms:

1. Giving Us Permission to Use Your Images

• You keep full ownership of your images, but you give us a free, non-exclusive, permanent right to use them however we need.

• This means we can post, share, edit, or add our logo or text to your images for our website, social media, or promotions.
• We won’t change your images in a way that could harm your reputation.

2. How We Can Use Your Images

• We can use your images for articles, social media, promotions, or any other marketing.
• Since this is non-exclusive, you can still use your images anywhere else or sell them to others.

3. Your Promises (Warranties)

By submitting images, you promise that:

• You own the images or have full permission to submit them.
• Your images don’t violate anyone else’s rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• If someone else (like a photographer, model or other) owns the image, you got their permission for us to use it, including adding our logo or text.
• If you sell or transfer the copyright to someone else, the new owner cannot revoke this license or take any legal or other action against Vanilla Issue.

4. Protecting Vanilla Issue (Indemnification)

• If anyone makes a legal claim against us because of your images, you are responsible for covering our costs and protecting us from harm.

5. Giving You Credit

• You will provide us with your credits (e.g., designer/photographer name) when you send the images. We will use the credits you provide unless you tell us not to.

6. How Long We Can Use Your Images

• We can use your images forever. However, if you ask us to stop using them, we will try to remove them from our platforms within a reasonable time.
• We may keep your images in our private archives for record-keeping.

7. Legal Information

• This agreement follows the laws of Queensland, Australia.

8. This Agreement is Final

• This agreement replaces any previous discussions or agreements about your image submissions.

9. Your Confirmation

By submitting your images you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
